Annual conference of representatives of local medical committees.

 Nomination and voting for this election is governed by conference standing order 74.  With the exception of those standing for the ‘seventh seat’, candidates do not have to be a representative of a local medical committee at conference.  Nominations may be made only by representatives of a local medical committee at conference.  A representative may make ONLY ONE nomination.  Elections, if any, will take place on the first day of conference and be completed by the start of the afternoon session.  Only representatives are entitled to vote.  Those elected serve for one year from the conclusion of the ARM.  The GPC may fill casual vacancies occurring during the year.
